Tim is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who earned his master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the University of Akron. He has worked in the counseling field for over a decade and has experience supporting couples, individuals, and young children, including those in early childhood and the lower elementary years. For the past three years, Tim has served as an Early Childhood Crisis Therapist for Cuyahoga County. He has extensive experience working with trauma survivors of all ages and is trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). His additional training includes CBT+, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Joyful Together, and Motivational Interviewing. Tim also has experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, parenting challenges, and relational concerns. He is under the supervision of Ashley Klingelsmith, IMFT-S, LPCC-S, F.1500026-SUPV, E.0700438-SUPV.
