Sydney Weisel
Sydney Weisel is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University. She is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self‑compassion. Her work focuses on helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, interpersonal difficulties, and the emotional impact of chronic pain or long‑term health conditions. She believes therapy should feel grounding, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique story. Whether she is working with a young child learning to express big feelings, a teen managing stress and identity changes, or an adult carrying the weight of trauma or chronic illness, her goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. Sydney is trained in EMDR therapy. She is under the supervision of Ashley Klingelsmith, IMFT-S, LPCC-S, F.1500026-SUPV, E.0700438-SUPV.
