Sabrina is a graduate of the University of Akron, where she earned her Master of Social Work degree. She has experience working with adults facing anxiety, addiction, depression, and trauma.She integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and strengths-based approaches, to help clients build effective coping skills and navigate life’s challenges.
Sabrina is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Her approach is client-centered and grounded in a trauma-informed perspective, allowing her to meet individuals where they are while supporting their personal growth and healing. She values cultural humility and strives to provide inclusive care that respects each client’s unique background and experiences. Her goal is to collaborate with clients to foster meaningful change, promote emotional well-being, and support them in becoming the best version of themselves.
