Noelle completed her advanced education at Cleveland State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a minor in sociology, and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Here she completed undergraduate research on the sexual education system and how this relates to LGBTQ+ issues and adolescent trauma. Noelle values being a lifetime learner to help her build upon existing knowledge and develop new methods of helping folks reach their goals.

Noelle works with adolescents, adults, and families. Her specialty interests include: girls’ and women’s issues, neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism), sexual and gender identity, anxiety disorders, and trauma. The foundation of her approach to counseling is an authentic, warm, welcoming space integrated with solutions-focused therapies such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) trauma treatment. She follows the current Standards of Care set by WPATH (World Professional Association of Transgender Health) to help her clients facilitate gender transition and experience congruence in their lives.
