Nikita specializes in couples therapy and has her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family therapy from the University of Akron. She works with teenagers, couples and individuals using a trauma-informed approach from a systems lens. She is trained in EMDR. Nikita works together with clients to create stable boundaries, rebuild self-esteem and reflect on challenging moments. She uses a collaborative approach to create a respectful and safe environment as you proceed on your unique journey to healing. When she works with couples, she helps them remember why they chose one another, identifies specific areas they want to improve, and rebuilds trust and intimacy.
