Lauren Sheets graduated from The University of Akron with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has experience working with individuals of all ages, couples and families. Lauren is passionate about guiding clients through processing trauma and navigating various presenting concerns using EMDR and IFS-informed approaches. Lauren also has experience helping couples navigate relational conflict. Lauren takes an integrative approach with clients and is affirming of all people and relationships. Lauren is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist under the supervision of Ashley Klingelsmith, IMFT-S, LPCC-S, F.1500026-SUPV, E.0700438-SUPV.
