Julia Jantz is a Counselor Trainee pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Ashland University. She takes a holistic, integrative theoretical approach to therapy, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and strives to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel seen and supported. With a strong appreciation for creative expression and the grounding power of nature, Julia values expressive and mindfulness-based approaches to healing. She enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan, with a special interest in supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity, transitions, and personal growth within an affirming, culturally responsive, and inclusive therapeutic space. She strives to support individuals through periods of grief, expression, anxiety, and the existential questions that are a natural part of being human. Julia practices under the direct supervision of Ashley Klingelsmith, IMFT-S, LPCC-S, F.1500026-SUPV, E.0700438-SUPV.
