Heather is a Marriage and Family Therapist that graduated from the University of Akron with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Heather specializes in couple's therapy, but also works with families and individuals. She has a strong foundation in systems theory and integrating techniques from Gottman and CBT. Heather works with couples and families to help them identify negative patterns, improve communication, and physical and emotional connection. Heather also works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD and other mental health concerns. Heather has completed EMDR training to further help individuals struggling with trauma.
