Emily Vaeth is a graduate student at Capella University, pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee (MFT-T) working under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Molla. Emily works with individuals of all ages, couples, and families, drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to tailor her approach to each client's needs. She has experience working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC populations and is committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for every client. Emily supports individuals and families navigating a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, communication difficulties, sex and marital issues, and life transitions.
