This workshop is designed for mental health professionals who would like to learn about Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). An overview of the key components of DBT will be provided. The skills-based practices used in DBT will be presented and examples of these techniques will reviewed. Participants will leave the presentation with DBT interventions that can be utilized immediately in their clinical practice.
