This course will cover the theoretical Basics using a Systemic Perspective for Individual & Relational Therapists. Contextual factors of supervision (setting, supervisee level, multicultural aspects). Ethical Practice: AAMFT, ACA & Ohio Board Ethics. Training Requirements.Managing multiple relationships. Ethical Use of Technolog. Ethical Practice: Contracts & Administrative Expectations. Screening and Evaluation of Supervisees. The Isomorphic Process. Ethical Practice: Clinical Expectations. The Mentoring Process. Challenging supervisory situations
